Description: Okeechobee County is looking to purchase two (2) commercial grade 36” standing mowers for use in our cemetery maintenance program. Minimum requirements as stated below:

  • 36” adjustable cut deck w/ side discharge
  •  A minimum of two cut blades
  • Dual hydrostatic drive system
  • Electric PTO clutch w/ brake
  • Deck leveling or floating deck
  • Minimum 18 HP gas engine
  • Operator controlled discharge plate (aka QuickChute)
  • Minimum fuel capacity of 6 gallons
  • Turf tires
  • Front tires should be caster type and ‘flat free’ rated
  • Minimum 2-year commercial machine warranty
Prices should include all required assembly and delivery to an address as determined by the County. Bidding firms shall also include the manufactures specification detail along with commercial warranty information. No taxes shall be included in the Base Bid and a certificate of tax exemption shall be provided to the awarded firm.
