Description: Sealed competitive proposals will be received in the office of the Purchasing Department, City of Quincy, 730 Maine Street, Suite # 226, Quincy, Illinois 62301 until 4:00 o’clock p.m. Thursday, November 10, 2022 for the purchase & installation of a commercial air conditioning condenser and air handler at 706 Maine Street.

The City of Quincy reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any and all proposals. The City of Quincy reserves the right to accept the most advantageous proposal for the City.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: Please sign up if you plan to attend the pre-bid meeting.Vendors interested in submitting a proposal are expected to attend a mandatory site visit on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at 9:00 am. The site visit will begin in the City Hall Lobby, which is located at 730 Maine Street, Quincy, IL 62301. Promptly at 9:00 am we will depart to the Annex Building.
