Description: The City of Wilson invites engineering firms to submit their statement of qualifications to provide preliminary engineering for the Hominy Swamp Stormwater Park Project. The project area is shown in Figure 1 below. The City of Wilson is in the process of being awarded funding from the FEMA BRIC Grant. This RFQ is only for the environmental assessment, environmental and historic preservation review, and any additional FEMA related preliminary engineering for grant award. The City will solicit for a design firm for complete construction documents through a separate RFQ process at the after receiving FEMA approval.
