Description:
One original and three copies of the bid must be submitted in addition to an electronic copy stored on a USB thumb drive. A 5% bid bond must be submitted with the bid. Performance and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required if the contract is awarded.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be located at 519 Panther Drive, Jefferson, GA 30549, at 11:00 AM on November 20, 2025. Interested vendors are required to attend without approved absence. All questions must be received in writing by Friday, November 28, 2025 at 5:00 PM to Kenneth Morris, Purchasing Manager at kmorris@jacksoncountygov.com and Barry Vickery, Project Manager, bvickery@jacksoncountygov.com.
