Description: Darlington County rented the crusher due to the excessive rainfall, which has the water tables very high.  By the water tables being high, it has compromised the integrity of the roads and increased safety concerns for public traveling. This is causing an inconvenience to the citizens of Darlington County getting to and from their homes.  At this time, some citizens are having to take alternate routes to get into their homes.  Some of the road washouts are causing damage to citizen’s vehicles
