The City of Wilson has been awarded funding from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding from the State Fiscal Recovery Fund established in S.L. 2021-180. The funding for this project will be for the design, engineering and construction of the watermain project. This RFQ is only for the Design, Engineering, and Construction Management.
