The Work is generally described as follows: an estimated 25 Miles of milling, road resurfacing, restriping, RPM installation and traffic signage at various locations in the Unincorporated Area of Effingham County.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: All vendors interested in submitting a bid MUST send an email to abruton@effinghamcounty.org stating their interest by 5:00 pm (Eastern Time) on Friday, June 25, 2021. Due to COVID-19, there will be NO pre- bid meeting. Proposals will not be accepted from any firm that has not submitted an email to abruton@effinghamcounty.org stating their interest.
