Description:

By way of this RFQ, the City of Doral is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified professional firms and interested parties herein after referred to as the contractor, to provide ongoing minor repair, alterations, and remodeling for City facilities for a three (3) year contract period, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one‐year period. Through a Request for Qualification process described herein, persons and/or firms interested in assisting the City with the provision of such services must prepare and submit a qualifications packet in accordance with the procedure and schedule in this RFQ.
The City will review submittals only from those persons and/or firms that submit a Request for Qualifications packet which includes all the information required to be included as described herein (in the sole judgment of the City).

Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 11/26/2019 10:00 AM

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A Mandatory Pre‐Proposal Conference will be held on Tuesday, November 26th, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at City of Doral Government Center, 8401 NW 53rd Terrace, Doral, FL 33166, First Floor Multipurpose Room. During this conference all work will be discussed. The Purchasing Division will respond to all questions submitted during the pre‐bid conference by issuance of a written addendum to the RFP. Attendance to the Pre‐Bid conference is Mandatory.
