Description: As part of an economic development initiative, the Town of Bluffton (Town) is developing the parcel of property in the Buckwalter Commerce Park directly next to the Law Enforcement Center, across from Technical College of the Lowcountry’s Culinary Institute of the South, and adjacent to St. Joseph/Candler Medical Campus. The result of this economic development will be a three-building complex and associated parking for 20+ businesses. Building 100 will be retained by the Town or one of its subsidiaries and will house a Don Ryan Center for Innovation facility, a daycare, and other tenants. The Town would like to lease a small space in the front of Building 100 for a coffee café with an exterior walk-up window.
The Town of Bluffton, South Carolina (Town) is seeking high level business proposals from interested and qualified coffee shop operators to fulfill these services under a commercial lease. The target start date for performing these services is September, 2025.

Question: Is the design behind the bar open to re-design? Also I noticed several problems with the location of this coffee bar and the space allowed for it. It might be better suited in a different location of the building based on my extensive experience with smaller coffee bar set-ups.
