Description: The Town of Gifford, through the Lowcountry Council of Governments (LCOG), is requesting written quotes from qualified contractors for the Town of Gifford Park Improvements Project funded by the South Carolina Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. The project involves furnishing and installing park equipment, including an accessible merry-go-round, accessible
swing set, 4 spring riders and 2 basketball back boards. Existing merry-go-round, swing set, spring riders and basketball backboards need to be removed. In addition, an asphalt walking trail will be created around the park perimeter inside the fence. The scope includes installation and related site improvements within the existing playground area.
