Description: The Town of Gifford has received a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development through the South Carolina Department of Commerce. The town is requesting quotes from firms to implement the scope of work outlined below. This project is funded in part by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG). All federal CDBG program requirements will apply to the contract. All contractors are required to be registered in the federal System for Award Management (SAM).


The Town of Gifford is accepting proposals for a Phase I Assessment. This project will add equipment to Winthrop Park includes a merry go round, swing set and spring rides and some site work to add a walking path. The existing park is located on Wesley Street Gifford, SC Hampton County.
