Question: When referring to the windows needing sealed- do you want them permanently sealed with caulking, or do you just want them covered up while the job is being completed to prevent water from coming in?
Response: Sealed permanently prior to washing, since the windows will need to be cleaned as well. The County will have the option to cut the caulking to reopen windows if necessary.

Question: Can parking be blocked off around the square during the cleaning?
Response: The weekends doesn't have much traffic flow. However, traffic flow can be routed but assigned parking can not be blocked off during normal working hours.

Question: On the bottom floor where the entrances are- do the windows/doors need cleaned as well? Do the inside arches (facing the entrances) need to be pressure washed?
Response: Yes all windows and doors will need to be cleaned and all arches facing the entrances will need to be cleaned as well.

Question: Is there a set timeline to begin and end this project?
Response: The County is looking to award this project and have it completed within a reasonable time frame no later than 45 days after the award.

Response: Yes everything from the arches of the building and all area covered from the arches towards the doors.
