Description: The City of Waycross is accepting proposals from Licensed contractors for renovations to the Alice Street warehouse located at 516 Alice Street, Waycross, Georgia.

The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive formalities and technicalities, make an award in the City's best interest, and make an award item by item unless otherwise stipulated by the bidder. Bidder must comply with all Federal, State, and Local Laws.

Bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, February 13, 2025. Envelopes must be sealed and marked Bid #FY25-06 Warehouse Renovation.

Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 2/5/2025 10:00 AM

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the Alice Street Warehouse located at 516 Alice Street at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 5, 2025, for all contractors to attend.
