Question: Could you give us an idea of how many moves this would be or a dollar volume of last years spend? Average size of the move would be helpful as well.

Response: In a normal year, the County spends about $30K-$40K per year. The County does anticipate that more divisions within the Department of Human Services will use the resulting contract, which may increase the spend. The average move size is a 700-1200 square foot home or apartment.

Question: Is there a minimum of storage units/ space required to fulfill the storage needed? For example minimum of 50-100 1br units Or will this be an option to tasks order on a needed basis 1br, 2br etc?
