 The City of Carlsbad is soliciting bids for an Addition and Remodel to Fire Station #6.  Project specifications and bid/contract documents are available electronically by contacting Nancy Mager, NPSR Architects, Inc., 606 W. Pierce, Carlsbad, NM 88220, Tele: 575-885-4775 or by email nancy@npsr.pro 

 Bid and performance/payment bond and wage rate requirements as stipulated in the New Mexico Procurement Code will be applicable in responding to this bid invitation.

 Bids must be received by the City of Carlsbad, Purchasing Manager, Carlsbad Municipal Building, 101 North Halagueno, Carlsbad, New Mexico 88220 by April 10^th, 2019 @ 2:00 p.m.  Bids submitted after the due date/time will not be accepted. Bid opening will be conducted immediately after the due date/time in Room #204.  A Mandatory Pre-Bid will be held March 26^th, at 1:30 p.m. at the project site, 1505 Terminal Dr., Carlsbad, New Mexico.

 The City of Carlsbad reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and, in the case of ambiguity or lack of clearness, to determine the best proposal or to reject the same and waive irregularities and technicalities.
