Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 163.380(3)(a), Florida Statutes, that the City of Sebring (the “City”), owner of real property located in Sebring, Florida may sell, lease, or transfer the following property:

 

442 S. Eucalyptus Street, Sebring, Florida; “Girl Scout Building” property; 1,512 total square foot building; 31,500 (approx.) square feet lot; pavilion, and a portion of parking lot

The City has received a proposal from a party interested in developing the property for use as a Florida Medal of Honor Memorial site.  Unless additional offers are timely received, the City intends to complete negotiations with this proposer.  Any interested party is invited to submit a proposal for the sale, lease or transfer of the above mentioned property.
