INSTRUCTIONS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS
o The Wentzville School District will be purchasing four (4) selected High School Curriculum Reading Books for four (4) locations.
o All vendors must be registered through Vendor Registry to receive this bid. Bids submittal is through Vendor Registry only. Any questions regarding this RFB are to be submitted through Vendor Registry by Thursday May 11, 2021 by 1:00 PM.
o This is a prime vendor bid, one vendor will be selected.
o There are no docks at any of our locations.
o Do not include Federal Excise, Sales or Use Taxes in bid prices, as the District is exempt from them by law. A tax exemption certificate will be furnished upon request.
o District will decide as two which type of books will be purchased; Paperback or Permabound.
o There will be four (4) purchase orders created.
o Fill in the Bid Form, Name it, Save it and upload to www.vendorregisty.com by due date and time.
o Must ship by August 1, 2021.
