Description: The Sierra County Flood Commission would like to seek proposals from construction contractors to provide levee and flood control services, in various areas located in and around Sierra County. This will be a multi-award RFP as there will be multiple projects throughout the County. Awarded contractors shall be part of a lottery system per project. Contractors shall supply a list of their heavy equipment to be plugged into EquipmentWatch system to determine rates per project and or selected through the Request for Quotation form, Exhibit C. Each project will be determined by the Flood Commissioner and through his discretion the awarded contractors will be notified of projects.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE: Will be held on April 05, 2023 @ 9:00 AM, located at 1712 N. Date Street, Truth or Consequences, NM, in the Commission chambers. This will allow the opportunity for questions and answers.
