Question: Per NWFWMD a permit is required by a license water well driller to install the four perzometers. I did not see any reference requiring a license water well driller required to complete the project nor was there a reference to a permit being required for the project. Thank you
Response: The intent of the SOW is that all licenses and permits would be obtained as required by the nature of the work.
