Description: The City of Framingham, through the Mayor of Framingham Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority invites sealed bids for IFB#7867 Framingham Centralized Dispatch Demolition. The project is the interior demolition of the existing building including approximately 3,600 square feet on the 3rd floor and 3,600 square feet on the 4th floor. The scope of work does not include the existing interior stair assemblies, the existing elevator shaft, the existing electrical rooms, the exterior of the building or the entirety of the existing 1st and 2nd floors.
