Description: This project includes, but is not limited to, the following major work items: pavement removal; preparation of base; water main replacement and related appurtenances via open-cut and trenchless methods; water service lines; storm sewer improvements and spot repairs; curb and gutter, and sidewalk removal and replacement at various locations; hot-mix asphalt binder and surface course(s); parkway restoration; and other appurtenant work for a total distance of 0.82 miles on Mill Creek Drive, Crofton Lane, Greenridge Road, and Dundee Road in the Village of Buffalo Grove.

State of Illinois, Department of Transportation, Contractor Pre-Qualification and Subcontractor Pre-Qualification/Registration is required.

This work is subject to the wage provisions of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. 820 ILCS 130/0/01 et seq. and the Illinois Substance Abuse Prevention on Public Works Projects Act. 820 ILCS 265/1 et seq relative to prevailing wages of laborers, mechanics, and other workers employed in any Public Works as amended by Public Acts 86799 and 86693.
