Description: The Escambia County Corrections Department is seeking the services of a firm or individual to provide general dental care services for inmates in the custody of the Escambia County Corrections Department. The Contractor will have both direct and indirect contact with the Inmates and will be responsible for documenting all encounters accordingly in the Inmate’s medical records. The Escambia County Corrections Facility Inmate Medical Section is currently responsible for the physical and mental health all inmates. The Corrections Facility has a total capacity of 2,123 inmates. Our average daily population from FY2021 is 1,443 inmates. The Selected Contractor will be working with the Facility medical staff and shall be under the direction of the Medical Administrator.
