Description:

The work involves the removal and replacement of the asphalt pavement along Fretwell Street; furnishing and installing 564 LF of 18” reinforced concrete pipe, revising the rim of one existing sanitary sewer manhole; utility coordination; as well as installation of related structures, pavements, and appurtenances as shown on the drawings and as specified.

Electronic copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained by emailing documents-chs@davisfloyd.com. Hard copies of the plans and specs will also be available by a request in writing to Davis & Floyd Inc., Post Office Box 61599, Charleston, South Carolina, 29419-1599. 

There is no fee for plans and specs that are obtained electronically by emailing documents-chs@davisfloyd.com. A non-refundable fee of $150.00 will be required for each hard copy set of Drawings and other Contract Documents taken.
