All vendors wishing to hand deliver their proposals, please note the following information: HAND DELIVERED PROPOSALS must be placed inside the City of Quincy drop-box located in the City Hall parking lot, which can be found at 730 Maine Street by 3:45 pm on RFP due date. 

Sealed proposals will be received in the office of the Purchasing Department, City of Quincy, 730 Maine Street, Suite # 226, Quincy, Illinois 62301 until 4:00 PM Thursday, May 14, 2020 for the purpose of selecting a Contractor to complete various street construction projects and related buried water & sewer utility improvements for the City of Quincy.
