Description:

The City of Laurinburg is accepting bids until 2:00 p.m. EDT on Wednesday, September

15, 2021 to provide the labor, equipment, and materials to complete the site close-out of

the Land Clearing & Inert Debris Notification Site on City of Laurinburg property. Bids

received after the submittal deadline will not be accepted.

Site visits are encouraged for all bidders to gain a full understanding and ask questions

regarding the project. Site visits can be scheduled by contacting Angie Foster at 910-

276-2364 or afoster@laurinburg.org.

Interested bidders can obtain a full copy of the bid package, with specifications and

submittal instructions, from the City of Laurinburg’s General Services Director, Harold

W. Haywood, at 303 W Church Street (Room 242), Laurinburg, NC 28352, by calling

910-291-2587, or by emailing hhaywood@laurinburg.org.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, as may, in the

judgment of the City, serve its best interest and to waive irregularities and informalities in

any bids submitted.
