Description: The City of Winchester is seeking an equipment supplier for the procurement of a GPS data collector and desktop software. The supplier shall also provide technical service for both the equipment and software. Supplier shall be able to provide technical
assistance through remote connection with City staff while onsite performing data collection. In addition, the supplier shall also have the capability to repair services for the equipment.
The City requires a GPS unit capable of connecting to the Tennessee Department of Transportation’s (TDOT) GNSS Network for survey level accuracy both horizontally and vertically. It is acknowledged connectivity to TDOT’s network is a separate paid service which the City shall subscribe. The supplier shall provide equipment and service as described further in the RFP.
