Description: This project consists of constructing a 2,100 linear foot (LF) mineral aggregate maintenance road to access part of City of Lakeland's sanitary sewer system along Scotts Creek, from Coll Springs Park to Memphis-Arlington Road. Work includes clearing and grubbing, earthwork, two stream channel diversions and crossings, installation of pipe culverts in five wet weather conveyances, and site stabilization.
