Description:

Dawson County Purchasing Department, on behalf of the Dawson County Board of Commissioners, is issuing this Notice of Sale – Invitation for Bid (NOS-IFB) to notify the public of real properties to be sold to the highest bidder through the sealed bid process.  The tax parcels included in this NOS-IFB are as follows: #082-006-001, #092-001-001, #107-271, #023-001, #015-068, #016-098 and #016B-096. 

There will not be a pre-bid meeting held for this IFB.    Questions in reference to the above IFB must be in writing to the Dawson County Purchasing Manager, Melissa Hawk at mhawk@dawsoncounty.org or faxed to 706-531-2728 by 1:00 p.m., on July 19, 2019.  All answers will be posted to website no later than July 25, 2019, by 1:00 PM, EST. Addenda, where applicable, will be posted in the same manner.

The Dawson County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities or irregularities and to award the bid based on the highest and best interests of Dawson County.
