Description: This is an invitation to submit a bid to Dawson County for Design-Build Services for three fields with artificial grass.

All questions/comments that may arise from this invitation must be submitted in writing and emailed to the Purchasing Manager at mhawk@dawsoncounty.org no later than August 25, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. All questions and answers will be posted to the County website and the Georgia Procurement Registry no later than August 26, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. Answers to question submitted that materially change the conditions and specifications of this invitation will be promulgated to the County website and the Georgia Procurement Registry. Any discussions or documents will be considered non-binding unless incorporated and publicized in an addendum.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: There will be a mandatory pre-proposal conference on August 23, 2022, at Veterans Memorial Park, 186 Recreation Road, Dawsonville, GA 30534. We will begin at the multipurpose field across from the Senior Center at 10:00 a.m. and then move to the football field located within the same park. The mandatory pre-proposal conference for the special needs field will be held at 2:00 p.m., on August 23, 2022, at Rock Creek Park, 445 Martin Road, Dawsonville, GA 30534.
