Description: The City of Framingham invites responses to RFQ #8229 Designer Services from a qualified Architectural Services firm to provide complete Design Services for a Community Center. The City of Framingham has acquired the building formerly known as the Marian High School located at 273 Union Avenue, Framingham, MA 01702. The City of Framingham’s Community Center is envisioned as a pivotal resource for fostering inclusivity and community engagement. The design will prioritize accessibility, functionality, and aesthetics to ensure it caters to the diverse needs of all members of the community. An accelerated time table of document preparation will be a high priority of this overall project request. The City seeks a designer with demonstrated experience working collaboratively in a complex municipal environment to achieve desired outcomes.
