This project includes the reroof of existing school buildings containing TPO roof membrane and miscellaneous work to accomplish the reroof. Bidders are to read, understand and accept the requirements of this Invitation to Bid (ITB), especial¬ly the mandatory requirements.

Question: It is our understanding that there are a number of brand new mechanical units that were installed on the school from a recent project. Can you confirm that warranty is not impacted in removing or disconnecting this units from any services? Per plan sheet A501 - Details B5 and E4 new mechanical supports and curbs will need to be added.
