The City of Milton is accepting sealed bids from qualified firms for the FY18 Resurfacing and Reconstruction Project and the FY19 Resurfacing and Reconstruction Project for the Public Works Department in conformance with Title 32, Chapter 4, Article 4, Part 2 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated. All work will be done in accordance with Georgia Department of Transportation’s (GDOT) Standard Drawings, Standard Specifications, and Pay Items Index as standards and specifications for the construction and completion of the work required. All bidders must comply with all general and special requirements of the bid information and instructions enclosed herein.  The scope of this project generally consists of the resurfacing and reconstruction of the listed streets/roadways in the City of Milton, Georgia.

The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Milton.
