Description: Rock Hill School District 3 of York County invites qualified bidders to submit a bid for the Ebenezer Avenue Elementary School Fire Protection Package project which includes, but is not limited to providing a new fire sprinkler system for the existing two story facility (approximately 38,000 sf first floor, 11,800 sf second floor). Work includes, but is not limited to, site clearing and reparation, fire water system, metal stud wall systems, fire protection, mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, and all other elements necessary to complete construction of the new fire sprinkler system. Pre-Bid Meeting Details: The non-mandatory pre-bid conference for all bidders will be held at Ebenezer Avenue Elementary School, 242 Ebenezer Avenue, Rock Hill 29730 on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at 10:00 am, local time. Prospective prime bidders are requested to attend. Subcontractors and suppliers are invited to attend. A walkthrough of the existing building will take place following the conference. The deadline for questions is December 14, 2018. Questions should be submitted to Kathy Fletcher at kfletcher@rhmail.org.
