Contractor must provide all methods of traffic control (per MUTCD), water, electricity, ARAP, etc. Contractor must provide for off-site concrete cleanup. Contractor must adhere to Stormwater BMP requirements per city ordinance and/or TDEC ARAP. All interested contractors must do a location site inspection previous to bid.
