Description:

The City of Framingham (CITY), acting through the Framingham Conservation Commission, invites bids from qualified individuals or lake management firms to provide Nuisance Aquatic Vegetation Management Services at selected lakes and ponds within Framingham, Massachusetts and requires all work necessary or proper for or incidental to this purpose including providing all necessary supervisors, personnel, equipment and materials. The seven ponds include: Waushakum Pond, Learned Pond, Big Farm Pond, Little Farm Pond, Gleason Pond, Norton Pond, and Mohawk Pond.  Aquatic Vegetation Management services will be in areas as directed and required by the City.  The City is issuing this Invitation for Bid (“IFB”) to solicit responses from qualified Bidders who can meet the project requirements.
