Description: The successful provider will work directly with the District to conduct a current facilities assessment and analyze future spatial and organizational needs based upon projected student enrollment at the Crested Butte Community School over the short (1-5 year), mid (6-10 year) and long-term (11-20 year). The successful provider may be asked to assist in a public outreach effort to present a Facilities Master Plan to community members.
