Description:
The purpose of this RFQ is to request Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from engineering firms
specializing in engineering design of water treatment plants. The design consultant shall have
relevant experience in sedimentation and flocculation treatment, analysis and performance
evaluation of sedimentation basin plate settlers and filter media. Consultant will also assist the
City in seeking funding for the construction implementation of the project.
