Question: In reviewing the bid tabs, it appears that this bid is an all-or-nothing bid, ultimately awarding one vendor. But, in the solicitation reads that the school system can award as it sees fit. Historically, has the school system utilized one vendor?
Response: This solicitation will be awarded to multiple vendors and has been awarded to multiple vendors in the past. Award will be based on the highest scores according to the evaluation criteria listed in the RFP.

Question: On Attachment A , some items need approval before bidding. What is the process on getting Approval?
Response: It is stated on page 16 of the RFP. For items that include “Must be approved before Bid” please send information to Steve Collins, achie.collins@fayette.kyschools.us. Items that have been approved prior to this solicitation must be submitted for approval again. Items not approved prior to submitting proposal but still bid will not be considered. Proof of approval should be included with proposal. Deadline for submitting items to be approved is August 2, 2:00PM. Information on the items should be sent to Steve to be approved.

Question: Would you please provide a little clarification to your "Stay Flat" mops. Is this a screw flat mop or saddle, 1 ¼” HB or 5” HB, Looped or cut end? Thank you.
