Description: The County of Grant (“County”) is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified Offerors to act as the Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) Service Provider in relation to the County’s Stepping Up Initiative and the Intervention Demonstration Project. The County is seeking a service delivery model for individuals with serious mental illness and substance abuse disorders involved with the criminal justice system.
Grant County intends to award a contract to an Offeror whose proposal is most advantageous to the County. The selected Offeror will be required to enter into a contract and execute the Scope of Services as outlined herein. The Project Coordinator will play an integral part to ensure success of the County’s efforts.
