The work generally consists of completely resurfacing the entire swimming pool and replacing drains and tile as needed. The project includes removing and reinstalling all accessory items such as ropes, floats and ladders per Florida Administrative Code 64E-9 thru to 64E-9.005(2)(a) through (g), FAC. and the most recent edition of the “Florida Pool Code”.
