Description: This project consists of replacing an exterior fountain with ADA compliant products, and remodeling an existing bathroom in the primary building to provide accessibility per plan. NOTE the project specifications were written to cover both the bathroom remodel and fountain replacement as well as the parking lot / paving improvements.  Portions of the specifications relating to the paving are not applicable.  This includes the $ 20,000 Allowance which is only for the paving portion.
