Response: This is a public open bid and as such we do not post a list of plan holders. We will be publically posting a sign-in sheet for the upcoming prebid meeting.

Response: Wood must be hauled offsite.

Response: Your submission should include a completed Solicitation Document A: General Information about the Supplier and Solicitation Document B: Affidavits. COI and Licensure information aren't required to be included in the online submission

Response: The awarded supplier must meet all insurance requirements outlined in the solicitation document.

Question: Can concrete/block/brick be used for backfill?

Response: Non-vegetative material such as concrete block, concrete, brick and walkway pavers may be used. Asphalt is not allowed.

Question: Is it necessary to REMOVE the Concrete Basement Slab?

Response: No

Question: There is a small retaining wall at the Louisville Rd property that serves to support an access road and some trees. Can this wall remain? I will email picture to purchasing at KCDC.

Response: Remove all walls pursuant to specifications. All depressions shall be filled, compacted, and graded to a uniform slope with adequate drainage. (Section 6.01) A 2:1 slope is recommended.
