Question: Will the displays be in 1 room?
Response: 9 Meeting Locations. These units will be mounted in the halls by each meeting room.

Question: Are power outlets close to where the displays will be mounted?
Response: All equipment shall be powered by POE as stated in the RFP.

Response: Please see Addendum 1 for clarification. We are looking for a 10" display.

Question: Do you have a preferred brand or other specifications?
Response: You may provide any solution you choose as long as it meets the RFP requirements.

Question: Please clarify on the last question asked. Are you only accepting the 3 brands as stated in the addendum? Or will you accept alts as long as they fulfill the RFP requirements (IE Creston or AMX)? Do you require displays to be touchscreen or would a BrightSign digital signage player and standard display be acceptable? Is there anticipation that Outlook Calendar be integrated with the signage/schedule display boards? Will the displays be on a local network or stand alone? If on a network, will they be on a VLAN?
Response: Are you only accepting the 3 brands as stated in the addendum? You may provide any solution you choose as long as it meets the RFP requirements. If you have a solution (brand doesn't matter) that meets the requirements you may bid it. Do you require displays to be touchscreen or would a BrightSign digital signage player and standard display be acceptable? The end user must be able to interact with the display to book timeslots or request access to the room from the display. Is there anticipation that Outlook Calendar be integrated with the signage/schedule display boards? We are a Google shop, so we plan on using Google Calendar. Will the displays be on a local network or stand alone? Local Network If on a network, will they be on a VLAN? Yes

Question: Are there plans/prints to show the locations for the displays boards for all 9 rooms? Also, location for MDF room where network cables to be pulled to?
Response: We do not have drawings showing the locations. Network cables will already be run to each location.
