Description: Sealed Qualification Packages will be accepted by The Oconee County Board of Commissioners (OCBOC) and received in the office of the Purchasing Officer at 23 N. Main Street, Suite 203, Watkinsville, GA 30677 until 1:30 P.M. ET, THURSDAY OCTOBER 19, 2017 for RFQ#1809-06 CM/GC - Fire Station 8 in accordance with the Request for Qualification / Request for Proposals, for the above listed project. All submittals will be opened in public and the names read aloud immediately following the specified closing time. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is to seek Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing construction management at-risk services for the project known as the Construction of Fire Station #8 in Bogart, Georgia. Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify the most qualified potential providers of the above-mentioned services.
