Description: This project includes expanding the existing apron with new concrete pavement and removal of an existing sanitary septic tank and drain field. In addition, the project will include two additive bids. Additive Bid One will include rejuvenating and remarking the existing asphalt apron pavement. Additive Bid Two will include a concrete taxilane connector from the existing parallel taxiway to the new apron expansion. Additive Bid Two will include new taxiway edge lights and reinforced concrete pipe (RCP). The Base Bid will consist of the following approximate quantities: 5,200 CY of unclassified excavation, 3,100 CY of borrow excavation, 5,200 SY of aggregate base, and 5,000 SY of 8” concrete pavement. Miscellaneous work items include demolition items, pavement markings, and erosion control. Bid documents must be obtained from Holt Consulting Company.
