Description: The County of Beaufort, South Carolina is requesting proposals for architectural, engineering, and civil engineering design for the construction of a two story building to be located on a portion of the property at the BEAUFORT COUNTY GOVERNMENT COMPLEX. The building location will require the demolition and removal of a portion of the A. Horne Building and the temporary repair and stabilization of the existing. The proposal will include two options. Option #1 will consist of two 7,000 S.F. floors. First floor occupancy Magistrates Office, and second floor IT operations. Option #2 will consist of three 7,000 S.F. floors. First floor occupancy Magistrates Office, second floor general offices, and third floor IT operations.
