Health Department Door Project

Barton County, Kansas, is accepting proposals for Salto Equipment, Door Strikes and various accessories for the Barton County Health Department.

SCOPE:  Barton County Information Technology (IT) plans to secure several doors at the Health Department with card access.

TIMELINE: All proposals will be reviewed by the Barton County IT Director after the submission deadline and then presented to the County Commissioners during their next available study session. After award by the County Commission, the successful vendor will be contacted and a formal agreement signed.

The proposal must include the following:

Vendors may receive electronic notifications and submit bids online through Vendor Registry, link found under the Procurement tab at www.bartoncounty.org,  Bids should be submitted no later than (Noon) 12:00 p.m., April 27, 2021.

Proposals received after that date and time will be considered null and void.  Barton County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to award in the best interests of the County.  Additional information may be obtained by calling or emailing Dereck Hollingshead, Barton County IT Director, at (620) 793-1841 or dhollingshead@bartoncounty.org. Questions will be answered within 2 business days via email with a return reply acknowledging receipt of the email requested. Questions and answers will be shared with all bidders.
