Attached is the electronic bid schedule file for your use in preparing your prime bid proposal for the above-referenced project. This is a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet with the same bid items as the paper copy of the Base Bid Schedule that was provided in “Addendum No. 1 on June 22, 2018,” and may be used in lieu of the paper copy bid schedules listed above. If you decide to use the electronic bid schedule within the attached file, you only need to enter your desired unit price for each item and the remainder of the math is provided for you in the spreadsheet. Additionally, if you decide to use the electronic bid schedule, you will still need to complete the remainder of the “Invitation for Bids” (IFB) including DBE forms. You need to insert a paper printout of the completed electronic bid form in your bid proposal. It is not mandatory that you use; it is only offered for your convenience.
