Question 6
Posted: 5/1/2023
Question: In the 2019 Bid the quantity for the 40x48 - 16 Microns Liners was 10,242 Boxes, it does not make sense with the tabulation in which it shows the awarded vendor total for that line is $16,051.00. There must be an error because with those numbers the Box must be priced at $1.567174380003905 which does not make sense.
Response: Please take the $16,051 and divide it by the price the winning vendor bid for those liners.
Question 7
Posted: 5/3/2023
Question: I divided the $16,051 in the 2019 Bid for the 40x48 - 16 Microns Liners by the quantity of Boxes that the bid requested and the price came to $1.57 per box, that price does not sound right. Unless that was not the same amount of cases the vendor provided. $16,051.00 Divided by 10,242 Boxes=$1.567174380003905 which does not make sense. Response: Please take the $16,051 and divide it by the price the winning vendor bid for those liners.
Response: Sorry for the confusion, but there was an error on both the 2019 and 2023 Bid Sheet. We are reposting the sheet to update the "Approximate Annual Quantity" for all liners.
Question 8
Posted: 5/4/2023
Question: 1. Is the usage shown of 10,242 cases accurate for item 40x48 - 16 Microns? 2. Please verify the case quantity on each liner and the bath tissue. 3. What is the District's annual spend for these 6 SKUs?
Response: Sorry for the confusion, but there was an error on both the 2019 and 2023 Bid Sheet. We are reposting the sheet to update the "Approximate Annual Quantity" for all liners. Annual spend is approximately $300,000.
