Description: The City seeks a Designer with demonstrated building envelope experience including replacement of the existing EPDM roofs to the three (3) sections of the DPW HQ Building. The Designer shall be engaged by the Capital Projects & Facilities Management Division and work through its designated professional staff to complete all required tasks and assignments as defined herein. The Designer shall report to the Director of the Capital Projects & Facilities Management Division, or his designee, during the entire project.
